with the Lubavitcher girls is wearing denim skirts their way of expressing their identity as they believe that it wearing in the way that more orthodox or other jewish sects dress is unnecessary as you can be strict orthodox without dressing in black clothing etc

also as a pose to other moderate and strict orthodox jews do they tend to be more open and prepared to share their way of life to other people, as at times i find that strict Orthodox keep themselves to themselves rather than being open.

finally i am not jewish so as much as i accept that unrelated strict Orthodox jewish boys and girls will not talk to each other to avoid flirting ( or at the very least have a indepth conversation) , as i am not jewish would it go against me if i had a conversation with a jewish girl or women as long as it was being decent

I’ll be honest here, I have no idea what you’re talking about. But you aren’t getting a whole lot of answers so, whatever the question is, it’s because forehead.

It is indeed away of expressing identity, plus it is a function of age. Additionally, denim skirts tend to be comfortable.
When I attended a Lubavitcher girls’ seminary (after high-school), I had a teacher who told us we were not allowed to wear them, because denim is considered immodest. But while you are a Lubavitcher girl working at a Gan-Israel summer camp, those denim skirts are the only comfortable thing around…

You are right; Orthodox boys and girls will not speak to each other if they are not related.

Simply because it is the most comfortable. Some Chabad elders are against wearing denim because it is a little immodest but most lubavitch girls year them. As for girls and boys, we don’t mix until we date. You can speak to a girl but be aware that she might find it awkward. A better idea would be to get in touch with a rabbi or a family that is lubavitch. You can even say you want to interview a girl..
