I’m in a band for a graduation, but I have no formal shoes at all. I’ll be wearing a white dress shirt and a black skirt/pant, but I don’t want to wear heels because I don’t want it to seem like I’M graduating. What kind of formal shoes are best for this type of occasion? [...]

I’m not crazy about khaki pants. Is there a heel height or shoe type that you’d suggest? Could a black skirt be business casual or would that be dressy? Thanks for any suggestions.

If you are a woman with an office job – but feel too lazy to do it up….What is a good thing to cover my hair with (like a headband or something) and still be ‘professional’?
