After spending 20 minutes trying to find myself a good seat so I can see past those HUGE ridiculous hats. I’m after a long skirt (calf length or more) with long sleeves (elbow length or more) in XS or XXS. (Women’s sizes are screwed up so I can’t tell you a precise dress-size — I can be as small as a 00 or as big as a 6 depending on the designer.) It needs to be under $100 US, and preferably under $40. The Goodwill, and all second-hand stores, depend a lot on luck — About half the time I go there they don’t have anything that will fit. J.C. Penny never seems to have anything longer than knee length. My measurements are screwy because I have a 22 inch waist and 35 inch hips. »View More
