Yes. Unfortunitly, because you can’t see hardly any leg… It also makes petites look wider. Not a good style for shorter o more petite people. =/

Actually, top-of-knee length is the most flattering length for petites, in coats, dresses, and skirts.
Worst: mid thigh.

yes…to work with a petite figure you would need a mid length type coat. to make your frame look longer.
