I’m looking for a women’s (fitted) black, wool pea coat (preferably thigh- or knee-length, but that isn’t required) that will keep me warm through most of this coming winter in Chicago. I’m on a college student’s budget, so something under $100 is best. I’m having trouble finding much of anything, though … any suggestions?
