    I totally feel you on the time it takes to flat iron-especially if you are being careful. It takes me 4 hours! I only flat iron about twice a year though.

    sooo right ! i never saw it that way… cause i drink a loooot of water, lol, but never thought this was also helpful in protecting, for me it was just moisturizing from the inside but i never thought lot more far than that, lol

    People are very sensitive with this “heat protectant” issue so I will say this:

    IF YOU NEVER DRINK WATER and you go to the hottest desert in the world for one day and spray “heat protectant” on you will that help you? But if you drank a lot of WATER EVERY DAY, would you have better chances in the heat?

    IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR DAILY HABITS and no quick fixes in a bottle.
